She is very much a people person and loves meeting clients and helping them through the buying and selling process.

He has lived locally all his life and is very passionate about our historic coastal town. Both Paul and his son play for Harwich & Dovercourt Cricket Club where Paul is also a committee member and coaches the youth side. Paul also coaches one of the teams at Little Oakley Football Club.
Director and one of the founder members of the company. Wendy has seventeen years experience in Estate Agency, originally set up the administration and accounts department, and now just concentrates on the accounts and compliance. She is proud to be a Harwich girl born and bred.

Director, and has forty years industry experience in Essex and Suffolk of which ten years have been based in Harwich and Dovercourt. As well as carrying out market appraisals he also regularly updates our clients with the progress of their sale and purchase.
Michelle has 28 years experience in the housing industry, many of which have been spent working for a large developer selling ‘New Homes’ throughout London and Essex. Michelle moved to Dovercourt fifteen years ago as she wanted to bring her young family up in this lovely seaside town.
Matt spent his early career working in the city. The last thirty years have been spent working in Estate Agency from trainee negotiator to office manager. He is very knowledgeable on all the processes of estate agency and is always happy to help our clients.
Angela is our ever dependable administrator who’s tasks include producing our eye catching sales material, important documents and letters, and most importantly, keeping the sales team in line! However she is always happy to help out on the phone with enquiries if need arises.
Claire is the newest member of the team and she works alongside Angela in the admin department. Joining us from a banking background, she also looks after compliance keeping us above board and legal! Being local she has real passion and knowledge for the area and loves walking her dog, socialising and spending time with her family.
Anthony joined Harwich Village Homes in June 2015 & enjoys a career of over 25 years within Estate Agency, both in Sales & Lettings. He prides himself on making the lettings department the leading letting agent in the area. Our leading status has been established by ensuring we build excellent relationships with all landlords & tenants as well as ensuring we offer the highest standards of service at all times.
Chloe started her career with Harwich Village Homes in February 2015 & is an essential member of our successful lettings team. Chloe comes from a career within the customer service environment & her experience ensures that all landlords & tenants are always happy & that all enquiries are dealt with professionally & with a friendly approach.
Lynn re-joined Harwich Village Homes in 2016 & brings with her many years of experience within the Lettings field. Lynn is always willing to help and will often go above and beyond expectations to assist both landlords & tenants in any query they may have.
Christine began her career with Harwich Village Homes in 2011. Being a key member of the lettings team, Christine’s knowledge & 30 years customer service experience, puts all landlords & tenants at ease. Christine’s excellent customer service skills ensure a first class service.
Claire joined Harwich Village Homes in October 2017. Although new to lettings, Claire brings over 30 years of customer service from a customer facing position at Barclays & 20 years of experience as a private landlord. Claire prides herself on her friendly outgoing style & ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude. Her time in banking ensures an organised approach & has instilled the need for client confidentiality.
Kelly is the newest member of our lettings team having joined us in December 2017. Kelly’s common sense approach & customer service skills ensures that all tenants are comfortable when she is inspecting and reporting on their properties & give the landlords & tenants confidence that any issues will be addressed professionally & efficiently.
